PHARMAMECH SRL was set up in 2007
from the merging of several years of experiences and know-how in engineeing of automatic machines
for the Pharmaceutical and Beverage fields, the most focalized in innovative solutions and reliability.
INSPECTION MACHINES are the core Business of the Company, automatic control systems for quality
control of injectable products and integrity/cosmetic checking of containers (AMPOULES, VIALS, BOTTLES,
BFS containers, SYRINGES).
Our products are able to detect the following:
- Particles, fibres, broken glass, burned plastic fragments floating and moving in the liquid.
- Filling level, colour of liquid.
- Cap/tip, band and flip-off control on container.
- Cosmetic control of container external walls (shape, cracks, bumps).

- Leak test for sealing control of BFS containers and glass containers.
